I'm Rich Swartwood. For more than 33 years I've worked in outdoor ministry, and I've watched camp change kids, volunteers, and donors alike. Out of the Box Fund Development grew out of that: a long-term partner for Christian camps, retreat centers, and faith-based nonprofits, part consultant and part coach.
